The Department was started in the
year 2012 with an intake of 60. The Departments focus is on comprehensive,
interdisciplinary teaching in computer science, so as to enable learning and
applying new innovations as the field evolves. The department has good
laboratory with 24 hours Wi-Fi enabled internet facilities with the speed of 20
Mbps. The department conducts periodic workshop, seminar, symposium and
conference to help students and corporate world to unite in a common place and
thereby strengthen the industry institution fusion. Students are always
industry ready with all the benefits.
Computer Engineering involves the design
and development of systems based on computers and complex digital logic
devices. These systems find use in such diverse tasks as computation,
communication, entertainment, information processing, artificial intelligence,
and control. Our students have participated in many intern and intra college
competitions like project contest, coding contest, paper presentation, Cultural
events and won many prizes. Computer engineers will be very much involved with
the “Information Highway”. The department offers placement at a 100% on every
academic year.
