About EDC
- Entrepreneurship is an extended stage of development of innovative technical and business ideas from the young minds and people who looking the positive things always. Still, most of them don’t know to proceed further even after technical and business ideas are validated by the experts. The motto of the EDC is to create the platform to invite the ideas from the young minds, develop the ideas as products/services as per the industrial standards with the help of Industries and facilitate the entrepreneurs to promote their product at next level.
- In Kongu Hi-Tek Polytechnic College, Entrepreneurship Development Cell has been constituted during the year 2021 and is headed by the Principal and the Cell activities are monitored and followed-up by the EDC Coordinator Mr. S. Saravanan, Lecturer/ Dept. of Mechanical Engineering. For the smooth and continuous follow-up and effective work extraction from the students and other staff members, Head of the Departments are instructed to assign one faculty member from their Department.
- EDC entertaining the Students/Staff members to explore their innovative ideas and finding the chances to develop the good ideas into next level. Normally, people may struggle to convert their idea(s) into the commercial product/service. Our EDC will help those people to achieve their needed things on in time. The following committee has been constituted to regularize the EDC activities.
